It sure is, Kraken! But in your case I think it was used together with fatness.. :p

yeah something like I'm so fat I'm ubiquitous. LMAO

I'm just wondering what type of training everybody is doing, and why.

You can pick more than one item here because a lot of people do more than one thing ;)

I train with controlled "no mercy" motto. And, I get thanked everyday, by my aging body.

Upper/Lower Split, currently twice per week.

And, my family knows to leave me be, when I train. I am a different person in the gym. Its me and the iron going to fuggen battle, and it never lies no matter how pissed I get.......Love it.

Very little rest between sets, and with timing of intensive active rest periods. The time between sets is measured through a stop watch.

Train very heavy with a progressive overload consequence.

The time between body parts is also measured. I simply want to know this time, and this reason is simple: If (for example), I am moving from Chest to tri work, and there was a 3 minute period of time that elapsed (for set up, last time), and it took me 4 minutes (this time, for example), the increase in reps (say close-grip bench press) could be rather foolish in thinking it was a +1 rep from the last workout, when I got 1 more minute rest. So, I time it, to make "things" as equal as possible--to see if I "really" progressed or not. No friggen mercy.

If I want to eat more (which I do frequently), I will improvise a set of exercises pre-planned to build on the others I am doing, and adjust the calories accordingly.

do some cardio to lean

body sculpting (?) to tone up

..it has worked so far...lost weight, getting firm...i'll never give up weights now that i've gone through it!

My body is a canvas and the weights are my paint brush!!!

and / or

My body is a stone and the treadmill is my chisel.

I like looking good, feeling good, and the attention. Plus, staying healthy keeps me from bad bad habbits...

Bodybuilding. A bunch of Cross Fit type conditioning. Intervals, Stadiums, obstacle course and really want to start taking Caporeira. Or however that is spelled. :)

I am working this year towards being a better all around athlete with less focus on what I look like, but is it really so wrong to want great quad seperation and glutes like globes of steel?

Basically swimming only for me at the moment, I am looking to compete again and have me re assessment for rescue swimming soon.

IRB racing is right up there in my training as well as surf boat as well.

my body is just something I use to bust doors down and leap over short people.

Kraken, I thought your word was quintessential chode

Okay.......step aside, put down the "ROIDS", and this door-rage, and jumping-over-short-people trip.....will subside....

:)
