Well we go actually use sheep for meat. Mutton and Lamb. Im not into the mutton but I enjoy the odd lamb shank.

I was talking about beef lol. Man I got to get some more kiwis on here so they can back me up!

I love a good NY Strip, Flank is good. I only have beef 2 or 3 times a month, chicken/turkey for me.

try a lean tender loin,, put i6t in a glass pan, with a dash of water, and bury it in orange, lemon, and line slices. Very good!!

I eat whatever type of beef I can get my hands on. MMMMMMM.......



Grass fed cows are leaner. Fat is where the taste comes from.

I base everything on taste. I figure if it does not taste good, it is not worth eating.

My favorite cuts of beef -

Ribeye Steaks
Porterhouse Steaks
The Beast. (that is what we call it. It is a whole beef tenderloin, and is friggin' awesome)

We use ground beef for burgers, taco salad, stuff like that.

Everything I buy is just the normal kind, not grass fed or organic or anything.

Oh the upside to being a PLr!! lol.. I eat whatever is leanest and cheapest.. Although I do indulge in a nice tenderloin on occasion..
