Weight-Loss What is the best appetite suppressant?

Weight-Loss
For me when I want to have some actual food I like to go with a handful of nuts. For me it's normally between lunch and dinner that I really feel tapped and need a bit extra to get by and they seem to do the job well. In addition they are not hard to find even if your at places where there are only snack machines. Most offer packages of peanuts. And while I prefer something like almonds peanuts do in a pinch. And of course finally they add in some fiber to my daily intake.

When it's not food that I want I mostly go with water. With lemon sometimes but I try to KISS my diet so I don't get too hung up on a lemon wedge.

I have been looking for a nice, warming , not unhealthy nighttime drink, does anyone hae any ideas? I used to drink a hot chocolate each night but for obvious reasons im trying to avoid that now.

Any suggestions welcome :) xx

Jess, I like chocolate tea. You can buy this either online (like at Amazon) or at Trader Joe's. It's calorie-free. A little non-fat milk and Stevia can be mixed in for added richness. hth

green tea for me

I've become a green tea lover. I know its not the answer for everyone, but if you find a brand you like, it can become addictive! and you hear all the time of its many health benefits.

I like STASH premium green decaf tea.

Drinks water with 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar, and a teaspoon of honey if necessary, three times a day at least.

Apple cider vinegar is great for weight loss and suppressing the appetite.

I just discovered these strawberry and banana flavored Crystal Lights. They are so good! They have 5g of fiber and 3g of Protein, and they really do hold me over until my next meal.

Drink plenty of water and eat lots of protein. I also believe in eating lots of vegetables...

I also think that a lot of times - we eat out of habit and wanting to keep our mouths occupied... I find that chewing sugar free gum helps to stop me from overeating - although it doesnt really do anything for your appetite...

I don't know if you are into herbal teas, but yerba mate should suppress appetite if drinken about 10-15 minutes before a meal...(think that's what it is) I thought a couple of the comments just above me were good too, though. (water, eat healthy, etc) anywho, good luck!
