Whole oranges (including the peel) make me feel amazingly full and satiated in the morning if I eat them as a midnight-ish snack, for some reason.
Hi Farewellfat, my sis-in-law had crohns she loved food but food didn't love her,hope you get on well with the help from this forumProblem with eating all those great things, I do like most of them except for the Jerky, eeehhh....
I have crohns and can't have most vegetables or fruit, I can eat them in puree form, like baby food, but my love of food and craving's are my weaknest, so for now I am still on the road to finding Hoodia. Thank you all, for your suggestions, Lise
Protein would be my first option as it tends to be the most satiating macro.
