Nah, I've known ladies who say that. I think it's much different with guys. Guys would never say another guy is attractive, unless they are gay or just hiding it.

girls are attracted to individuality.. they don't like guys who fit in neccessarily, they don't like average joes, nor do they like ken from barbie... they like... individuality... they want someone who is interesting... a guy who leaves her in awe...
basically girls like to be excited.... if you can make a girl excited one way or another she'll want to be around you... and if she wants to be around you than she'll want to do things with you not just sexually but things in general...

I can say a guy is handsome or whatever. That doesn't mean I want him, but I can say "Yeah, I understand why women would find him attractive"
