at age 15, over the summer i swallowed 12 eggs per day, 6 in the morning/night. after that i was very low in energy, in any activity, but yeah they help you grow.

The YOLK IS good for you. Don't eat just eggs whites.
You should limit Eggs around your workout. Fat intake slows the abosorption of protein and the much needed carbs designed for PWO.
