What do you think to keep yourself fit?

No, but I have been in a Sauna tub before; I don't have one of my own. It would be relaxing to get in a Hot tub every evening, just before going to bed. I say it would be good for achy muscles and sore joints too.

Thanks anna tried a bit of them at home. They were great. What do you think about green tea? Do you have them? Somewhere i heard about eating broccolli. Any idea?

I love tea, just had a cup of Chamomile Celestial tea. I have been thinking about trying Mega Green Tea. Does it really help to lose weight? I take thyroid medicine and I don't know if Green Tea will work against my thyroid medicine or not. Do you know?

One thing I have going for me, I love fruit and vegetables. I eat enough bananas; I should grow a tail! Drinking at least 64 oz of water a day is a good way to help in lose weight and good exercise. I would like to eat more fish, but it is hard to think about fixing fish, but I will eat it once I fix it. They say fish is a good brain food, lol.

Hello,

I think yoga and meditation keep us physically and mentally fit

I agree with this. It's so simple, yet so effective. People really should know the importance of getting enough sleep. Just think about it: If you don't get enough sleep, your body will be confused basically the entire time it's awake, it won't be able to process your food properly (metabolism), you'll end up taking too many naps in the middle of the day (especially after meals), etc. etc. With enough sleep, your body will have enough energy to do everything in the daytime, including digesting your meals. I guess I should take my own advice, because I too sometimes end up staying up very late...silly cat videos on Youtube are my weakness. haha

Eat only one plate of food with moderate portions. Do not go back for seconds. Wait at least 10 minutes after eating and see how hungry you really think you are.

I believe in loads of loads cardios. I jog daily for about an hour or more and than do some push ups. Alongside I also go for weight lifting on my targeted areas such as abs, biceps and thighs. Plus, i take a full on track healthy diet full of proteins, carbohydrates and some carbs.
