Weight-Loss what do you eat in the morning??

Weight-Loss
It does if it sits for any period of time, but there are only like 14 2Tbl servings in a jar. So when I'm on a peanut butter kick, I'll go through a jar in 2-3 weeks, and only the bottom inch or so stiffens up.

I can down a jar in four days to a week. :blush5:

I'm not a morning person, so during the week I don't have a lot of time for breakfast before work. Often, I have to throw it in a sack and take it with me. So... I usually eat dry whole-grain cereal of some kind with fresh fruit. Occasionally I'll have low-fat cottage cheese with pineapple or peaches. Usually one weekend day I'll splurge and have scrambled eggs either with whole wheat toast or rolled up in a tortilla. I've been meaning to try oatmeal again (haven't had it in years) but I haven't gotten around to it yet. My plan is to top it with some slivered almonds and a few raisins. We'll see how that goes. :)

I love the way natural peanut butter tastes so much and my roommates think im weird! All those Peter Pan fans out there!

My sister feels this way about me. I won't touch Skippy or Peter Pan and when she sees me spooning PB in my mouth she'll say..."You are SO weird." and I just laugh and say.."I know, right?" LOL. She doesn't know what REAL peanut butter tastes like.

I've never been a breakfast person. Honestly, eating as soon as I get up used to make me physically ill. Now that I've started eating better, I tried to find something that would fit into my time constraints and I've settled on a Muscle Milk shake in the morning. I work at a kennel walking dogs and cleaning the property so I need something to keep me going. I like that it keeps me full until I get to my mid morning snack. Usually a piece of whole wheat toast with PB and bananas. Delicious.

If oatmeal doesn't seem to have enough flavor for you, maybe you could top it with some unsweetened applesauce and a tablespoon or two of chopped nuts to make it go down more pleasantly?
