im working shifts so my meals are all upside down. yesterday i had a biiig bowl of oatmeal with skim milk for lunch as i got up late:for dinner a chicken curry, salad and a multigrain bagel. lunch today i had a bowl of lentil and tomato soup with w/grain bread. dinner was chicken breast in a tomato and basil sauce, w/grain rice, peas and sweetcorn. now i want something sweet, got some little frozen ice cream things in the freezer... goes off to get one....
