Hi everyone, Thought this could be interesting to see what sort of food everyone else is eating.

For lunch today I Had a chicken salad from Mcdonalds which was 115 calories/481 kilojoules. Have not had dinner yet.

So what did you have?
 
Dinner:

Two chicken breast, 8 ounces.
Large Ceasar Salad w/ Spinach leafs.
Vinaigrette dressing
Green Beans, full can.
Brown Rice, half cup. (With chilli powder)

Lunch:

PBJ on Whole Grain Wheat
 
Lunch:
Half a veggie and cheese omelete
fruit salad
2 pieces whole grain toast with peach jam

Supper:
6 chicken wings
half of a spinach salad
i slice of garlic cheese bread
(It was hockey night in the pub - go CANUCKS!!!!)

too much alcohol:
1/2 litre of red wine
extra glass of red wine
shot
2 diet coke and vodka

The Canucks won, gotta celebrate
 
I've not had lunch today, but yesterday I had:

Breakfast: Porridge with skim milk
Lunch: Tuna and sweetcorn sandwich on brown malted bread
I also had a packet of Walkers cheese and onion baked potato crisps.

Breakfast - 210 calories
Lunch - 385 calories
 
Lunch:
Broccoli salad tuna fish, vinegar & oil
Whole grain bread with hummus

Dinner:
Wild red snapper
Spinach
Brown Rice
Newman dark chocolate bar
 
ive not had dinner yet cos its only 2pm uk time. for dinner last night i had wholemeal pasta, mixed peppers, mushrooms, sweetcorn and tuna.mixed with a couple spoonfuls of dolmio type tomato sauce. followed by pineapple and a weight watchers frozen dessert.for lunch today im feeling poorly and couldnt be bothered so had multi grain crispbreads with hummous and a berry yogurt. slim.
 
Well, I'm not cutting calories any more, but today, I was walking around the City of Norwich. I had a very nice little prawn, salad and pasta bowl, fresh local strawberries, water, and a little later, a stuffed mushroom burger.
 
For lunch I had a tortilla with lettuce, deli turkey, and cheese, a rye vita cracker, and a seltzer.

Tonight we're having cashew chicken stir fry, which is gonna be yum. It's my big maintenance allowance day.
 
For dinner Ill be having Grilled Rosemary Salmon and asparagus. After dinner Ill probably have a Greek burger and brocolli or grilled peppers and tomatoes.
 
Yesterday for dinner I had subway... calorie wse it was about a 1000 calorie dinner, ouch.

For lunch today I had 2 salad rolls - 400 calories for both.
 
lunch: 2 grilled cheese sandwiches w/ tomato slices in the middle (500 calories)

dinner: 1/2 c. grilled chicken; rice a roni; broccoli (300 cals)
 
Lunch

Soup (200cal)
Sandwhich, mustard, whole grain bread, salami, Capacola, lettuce (200Cal)

Dinner
I went to a brazilian pavilion at a local festival and have something that had beef, sausages, something else on a bed of rice. The portion was pretty small, my guess 5-600 Cal

I had 2 protein shakes (300cal) And a fruit (50Cal)

I think I need to eat a tad bit more.

breakfast: choc. slimfast
lunch: 6" tuna & veggie sand. from subway with skinny stripe of mayo with small bag of baked chips (i'm rethinking the whole subway thing. could prob. make sand. at home and save more calories) and unsweetened tea
dinner: small fat free tortilla with 3 slices thin deli chicken, less than 1/4 cup of shred. cheese, onion. 1 nonfat yogurt cup. unsweetened tea. water too.
b/t lunch and dinner had a slimfast optima bar-120 calories

this seems like alot when i write it down like this. i started my weight loss journey 3 weeks ago. i have broken my old McDonalds habit for lunch-sworn it off-as well as many other bad eating habits i had. i have lost 5#. :)
 
breakfast: 2 cups good friends cereal with vanilla soy milk, cup of unsweetened herb tea, dried apples - 200 calories
lunch: mini-cheese pizza - 400 calories
dinner: brown rice pasta with marinara sauce and a sprinkle of parm, spinach herb lettuce and cucumber salad with vinegarette - 300 calories
 
Lunch:
1/2 Turkey sandwhich on whole grain flat bread with lettuce and roasted pepper hummus= 300 cal

Snack:
16 Wheat Thin crackers = 150 Cal
1/2 cup of 2% cottage cheese = 100 cal

Dinner:
Koscher Hot Dog on a whole grain bun = 230 cal

Dessert:
Chocolate dipped banana = 150 cal
 
My lunch was...
One can wild alaskan salmon (630Kcal),Two cups whole wheat pasta (420Kcal),One cup yellow corn (100kcal), and one cup broccoli (35Kcal).
Total = 1185Kcal :)
 
Lunch was
Goat Cheese on Wasa crackers w/ sliced tomatoes and cucumbers

Dinner was
Chicken sausage w/ chunks of red pepper, yellow pepper, zuccini, eggplant and tomato all roasted.
 
Lunch monday
tuna w/ reduced fat mayo and a dollop of wasabi powder w/ lettuce, tomato and radishes on a whole grain pita bread

Dinner Monday
Orange Roughy poached in white wine and garlic w/ some lemon and fresh thyme
roasted baby zucchini w/ olive oil and asiago cheese
