Lunch(broken in to two parts, ate several hours apart)~
1 cup baked beans, 280 calories
2 scrambled eggs, 155 calories

{This is what I've yet to eat}
Snack~
2 small, crustless slices of whole wheat bread, 60 calories
1 tablespoon peanut butter, 90 calories
1 tablespoon strawberry preserves, 25 calories

Dinner~
4 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken breast, 183 calories
1 tablespoon Hawaiian Marinade, 20 calories

Total, 1,311 calories

I would have had a lot more fruit if there were any in the house at the moment.

 
Bran Flakes with skimmed milk and a sprinkling of cinnamon

2 tomatoes

3 egg omellete with tomato

Homemade Chili Con Carne (from scratch, nothing processed, extra lean mince, no oil) with wholegrain brown rice

Green Tea

2.5 litres of water

I have no idea what that is in calories as I'm on the Core plan with Weight Watchers so I don't really count. Also I did 5K on the treadmill at the gym.
 
Breakfast:
1 peanut butter and jelly sandwich on wheat
Lunch:
1 apple
*I forgot my wallet at home and had no money to buy lunch =(
Dinner:
1 cup Leftover Baked Ziti
1 piece of toast with jelly
1/4 cup of orange sherbert
5 Cherries
 
Well Yesterday I had:
Breakfast:
Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich
Lunch:
1 Turkey Sandwich on wheat w/mayo
2 grahmn crackers
snack:
1 large bag of trail mix
Dinner:
roasted chicken breast
steamed green beans
1 side salad w/light french
snack:
1 bowl of fiber one w/skim milk

Today (its only 9:14) but for breakfast Ive had:
1 cup of fiber one w/skim milk (220)
1/2 cup mixed fruit (60)
1 eggie in a basket on whole grain bread (No added Fat) (160)
1 tbsp jelly (50)

Well I thought Id post what I had again---Im becoming a regular to this thread :blush5: Today was not a particularily good day but I did manage to work out for a while so I dont feel so bad

Breakfast:
1 bowl of rasin bran
1 piece of oatnut bread w/peanut butter and jelly
snack:
Club Crackers w/ 1 oz gouda and peanut butter
lunch:
2 eggies in a basket w/jelly
1 peach
1/2 cup caramel ice cream
dinner:
No ideas yet?
 
Chicken noodle soup and Oj, not feelin too hot today...throat hurts.
