Today for breakfast I had my famous Papaya smoothie. that was at 7:15 so by 10:15 I was hungry so I had a bowl of steamed carrots. no salt no butter

for lunch I had a grilled cheese on wheat.

when I got home from work at 3pm I had some beef ribs and 2 bite sized snickers:eek:

then rite before my food cut off point of 7pm I had some jerk chicken and steamed broccoli and of course lots of water through out the day!!

What did you eat today??:)
 
let's see for breakfast I had a banana (was going to make a poached egg on wheat toast but the poaching didn't go over too well :eek:) about 10 I had two peices of wheat toast, for lunch I had a peanut butter sandwich... Uh lets see about 3:30 I had some yogurt and for dinner I had tomato soup :D

p.s. I also had a cookie, I couldn't help myslef... It was yummy
 
Well... its still early ... but so far:

Porridge oats with added almonds and honey
Chicken sandwich (two slices of w/m bread) and an apple
After gym I had a homemade cheapo protein shake
Two fresh apricots and a clementine...

Thats so far. Later, Hmmm, probably some steak, a salad, maybe beef jerky, and some goats milk... Will have to see :) I have two meals to go today.
 
Today I've only had a grilled chicken breast (boneless/skinless) and about 4 liters of water, I'm not kidding, and it's only noon.

I'm @ work and it's over 116 degrees today (47c)... my mouth is dry! Insane!
 
Breakfast - 1cup honeycomb type cereal, no milk
Mid-morning snack - nada...need to go grocery shopping!
Lunch - Large mixed green salad w/fresh onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, cucumbers, 1/8 cup of cheese; 1 cup of ckn noodle soup, ff turkey sandwhich on whole wheat bread

Will eat later today:
Mid afternoon snack - Yogurt
Dinner - Spaghetti with whole wheat noodles & turkey meat
 
Looks like every body is doing good!!

I did something horrible! it was two for tuesday at baskin robins and my friend and I HAVE to get there every tuesday. all day i said to my self id get frozen yougurt but when I went to order I just couldnt bring my self to order yogurt thats FROZEN!! I got pisatiscio ice cream with hot fudge and roasted almonds instead!!! Im going to dieters hell!!! save me!!
 
It's still really early where I'm from (930 AM) so I've only had breakfast so far... but I think that I did really well anyways! I've had half a grapefruit, and a piece of organic millet bread with organic crunchy peanut butter and a cup of tea! I still have my whole day ahead of me, though!
 
I had a breakfast hot pocket and a yogurt.

My lunch will consist of a Turkey Sandwich (various veges on it and some honey mustard) an orange and a small serving of homade potato chips.

Dinner... I havent even began to think about that, it is only 10:30am here
 
breakfast was a mix of 3 different high fiber cereals... , organic , and ... all kinds of crunchy yummy.

am snack was an almond bar that I made...

Lunch was a salad of assorted weedy things, with chunks of pickling cucumbers, not pickled, grape tomatoes, bean sprouts, roasted corn, and pink shrimp w/ wasabi soy dressing.

pm snack will be strawberries.

Dinner - no idea yet...

1.5 servings of cmdi, 0.4 oz almonds, 250 mg caffeine, 24 mg ephedrine, 325 mg aspirin, 2.5g CLA, 750 mg GCG, 1 A Day Men's Multivitamin, 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, 1/4 teaspoon potassium salt, 4 caps of fish oil, 400 mg glucosamine sulfate, 500 mg chondroitin sulfate, 2 servings psyllium husk, 1 litre polish spring water.

All of which I will have again in a couple minutes, except for the multi.

Drank, technically. :p

For breakfast I had rice and lentil curry.

For am snack, I had a peach and a tigger melon (tiny single serve honeydew-type melon).

And for lunch I had WAY TOO MUCH Vietnamese food - a big tofu dry noodle bowl. But it was yummy.

Probably something light for dinner since I will be stuffed for the next few hours. Blah....

I'm Canadian. Banned substances are mother's milk to me, eh. <3

Just doin' a little experimenting so I'm not bored during the second half of the summer. So far it's quite enjoyable. Except for the whole reverse appetite suppression, haha.

Let's see.
8:30AM - 1/2 cup of oatmeal, 1 piece of whole wheat toast with flax and almond butter
10:30AM - A hard candy
11:30AM - Protein shake - 240cal, 52g protein
1:00P - Bison goulash with whole wheat pasta and low fat tomato sauce, onions, peppers, and carrots... and of course hot sauce. :)

It's currently 2:35...
I'll probably be having an apple here in the next few minutes, yogurt and a protein shake at about 4:30, and for dinner I'm making this Red Snapper recipe with tilapia instead...
And a nice glass of red wine. :)

1 scoop whey/1 cup 1% milk

Lunch
Tuna sandwich and some sort of healthy little crisp thingies

Snack
1/8 cup almonds
1/8 cup pecans
2 tbs raisins

I dunno bout dinner. Any suggestions?
 
This is from yesterday..but..
I have the weirdest eating cycle..for breakfast well..late breakfast at 9:30 I had mixed veggies over 1/2 cup of rice.
snack at 11:30 -A potato, sliced, that canola spray butter so it doesnt stick to the pan and sprinkle garlic salt minimally on it..I loveeee that. and 1/2 tablespoon of ketchup.
I seriousyl love that. haha
at this point to drink - fuze drink, water, diet squirt.
1:30- 1/2 c. carrots, 1/2 c. green beans 3 oz chicken breast

4:00- 2 slices ff turkey, nectarine, fuze drink
4:25- an ice pop...a sweeeet little treat =)
5:30- 1 c bluberries, salad w/ tomatoes, cucumbers, mushrooms, fat free honey dijon dressing <---yummmmm, sugar free koolaid
7:00- water, fiber one bar

...mmm that was my day! haha
I also had one bite of low fat ice cream..cookies and cream in there somewhere. It was awesome haha.

Wow..I REALLY need to get some dairy in there..... =/

well its lunch time here and so far (including breakfast) I have had:
Breakfast:
1 peanut butter and jelly sandwich on wheat
Snack:
1 Bag of mini pretzels
1 Diet Coke
1 piece of Zucchini Bread w/butter
Lunch:
1 enchilada lean cuisne
1/4 cup of refried beans
ice tea w/splenda
Snack:
Saltines w/peanut butter
Dinner:
Baked Ziti
Dessert:
Vanilla yogurt w/ applesauce
