What bodypart you want to stick out.

My pen1s is tiny.

My mind body part.

With this as my best friend, I can handle anything. It gives me the power in using tools I need to conquer all things humanly possible.

Thus making all body parts potentially stand out.

ROCK ON!

The mind is a very powerful thing, Chillen.

The body part I want to stick out the most is my liver. Think about it! Everyone wants a bigger liver! It is one of the most under-rated bodyparts.

Drink a fifth of Maker's Mark tonight then Karky...

It might not make your liver stick out, but you should be able to convince yourself that it is...:D

The mind is a very powerful thing, Chillen.

Just about everything we do, begins in the head.

Like I have preached since I joined the forum, it is a mind-body connection, IMO.

Even if the body seems weakened (say by disease or something), the mind takes action to attempt to cure it, heal it, or work with it.

And it can be a friend or foe.

We choose.

The decision to improve one's self begins in the head, and the body follows by design, and then the mind works with the problems/benefits the body feeds back.

The BRAIN IS #1

you know why they're called hamstrings, right? The butt is the ham, and the strings (tendons, muscle, etc) that runs down from the butt are the ham-strings :D thus, hamstrings :D

The Mind is #1, and lets see one of the reasons why:

(By Chillen)

Self image--What do you see

Open your eyes and mind and look around when you are out and about or reading material (on the short list below):

What do you see? Do you look and truly see?

Sometimes one can see:

1. An overweight person that is extremely happy "with themselves".

2. An overweight person that is NOT happy "with themselves"

3. A rather skinny person that is extremely happy "with themselves"

4. A rather skinny person that is NOT happy "with themselves"

5. A person who appears to be at a healthy weight and extremely happy "with themselves"

6. A person who appears to be at a healthy weight and NOT happy "with themselves"

7. A person with medical complications severely intruding on their health is happy and working with it.

And, able to do extraordinary feats surprising many.

8. A person with medical complications severely intruding on their health in deep depression, very sad, and disheartened.

And, accomplish nothing.

The mind can be the catalyst to spring a person to intense and/or simple achievement or compel a person to intense and/or simple despair.

Your mind can determine which side of the fence you are on.

Peel the "inner being" that seems "sometimes" separate from the mind like methodically peeling an orange.

Apply what you see and read with open eyes and cognitive awareness and blend them together for a self benefit application.
