First off I already know you guys want to tell me to just not drink alcohol and how bad it is for me and all, however that's not my question or concern.
I am just wondering what I should replace my Jack and coke with? I go out about twice a month and get drinks with some friends, I have cut out beer during the week outside of I'll have a couple light beers when we play golf once a month. I'm a light weight now as I have cut back drinking so much but I still enjoy a few drinks with the boys from time to time and would like to minimize the harsh effects it has on my goals. What would you suggest trying?vodka oj? Vodka club soda&lime?
