Loosing weight is a perfect job and it is not easy and needs some special efforts to loose weight. Following are the weight loss tips
Early morning drinking water
Early morning walk
Take exercise for at least 30 minutes (Running, Stretching)
Eat balance diet and avoid eating heavy foods like junk food, fast food
Use more fruits in diet
Drink fresh juices
Sleep in time.
Don't sit idle

The pushing of juice isn't a wise weight loss tip. Juice is calories and a better weight loss tip is 'don't drink your calories'.

Why no to calories?

Calories are necessary, they are part of every complete diet, they are like the gasoline for a car.

Just check the Michael Fred Phelps II diet, he eats more than 6000 calories every day, it mainly depends on how many calories you consume daily, how fat you are.

If you want to lose some weight is preferable to eat less calories than you consume, so the rest of the calories are going to be taken from your body, until you have the weight you wish, but once there you have to eat approximately the same amount of calories that you consume.

The quality of the calories is also important

Phelps also burns an ungodly amount of calories a day in training. Not the best choice of examples.

Weight loss problems are seems to be affected almost 90% of human being in the current period and everyone wants some better solution form this so they are bound to follow certain kinds of tips and ideas such as reduce to intake of calories, drink more and more water, and have some low cholesterol diets.

Hello

I want to share some tips for losing weight as change your eating behaviour like eating low carbs food and avoid eating oily and junk food.Take more fruits and fruity juice.Do regular exercise and aerobics like swimming, dancing, playing etc.

I would try eating fruits that are rich in antioxidants. When your body is running at full capacity it tends to burn more fat. and proper nutrition also really helps people get quality sleep which brings down there stress. stress plays a big role in weight gain.

..please see other post about how fruits with antioxidants do nothing for weight loss.

For a doctor..you might need to bone up on your studies and science.

I stay away from concentrated foods. Better to eat 3 oranges than a glass of juice. Sugar is the ultimate concentrated food!

Although 3 oranges at once would not be much better than drinking a glass of juice (in terms of sugar), I agree that it's better to eat the fruit than drink the juice. By eating the actual fruit, you get other benefits such as fiber, which will keep you full for longer. I would suggest only one orange at a time though, depending on the size :)

Hi all,
very nice and informational post,
very nice to stay here guys,
very nice tips,
very useful for us....

Hi All,

As per my diet chart I include everything like calories concentrated foods etc. All food is recommended only in a particular quantity. If it exceeds the limit then its all gone.

Rachel

Here is my 2 cents:

1. Meditate 10-20 minutes a day (this may sound a bit strange but it is essential for mental health)

2. Get checked out by your doctor, have bloodwork done, make sure there is no hormonal cause for the extra pounds.

3. Find out the maintenance calories for your goal weight. Divide this by 5. Eat 5 small meals every 3 hours. This REALLY burns fat.

4. Eat only organic produce and grass fed meat/wild fish/ organic chicken and eggs. A small amount of olive oil and nuts each day. Eat only organic dairy products.

The food in the regular supermarkets is loaded with Genetically Modified food (avoid like the plague). Your best bet is Trader Joes/Whole foods. Make sure the label says "Organic".

5. Avoid all grains, rice, cereal, bread. anything with flour or sugar in it. Don't eat anything that comes in a box (granola bars, cereal, etc).

6. Eat Avocados (1 a day max) eggs, grass fed meats. These foods help to burn body fat.

7. Try to get 15-20 minutes a day of sunlight, without sunscreen on. You need natural vitamin D to burn fat.

8. Eat a big salad every day, and some steamed veggies also.

9. Start lifting weights. Do moves that involve multiple muscle groups. Do about 30-45 minutes 3 x a week If you don't have weights, do push ups and deepknee bends as well as lunges. Add more reps each day.

10. If you are able, and have a hill nearby, try running up it as far as you can and walking down for about 15 minutes on the days you don't lift weights.

Walking/Joggin/bicycling long distances does not burn fat half as well as the above exercises.

11. Drink at least i liter of water every day.

12. Drink green tea in the AM

13. Put Ceyenne pepper on your food, or if you don't like it, get capsules and take with meals.

14. Don't drink alcohol and if you smoke, please quit! You just can't be healthy and smoke at the same time. I quit 3 years ago after 38 years. If I can do it so can you. I used the patch.

This is what is working (finally) for me, after a lifetime of crazy diets and thousands spent on weight loss products.

3. Nope, it doesn't. Meal frequency is personal taste, but has no real impact on burning fat.

4. You can slap a label on anything. Just because it says 'organic', doesn't mean it's any better than the regular stuff. Even organic foods have additives. You'll pay through the nose for a label with no way of knowing if that stuff is really any better than everything else.

5. Don't cut out entire food groups (you'll just end up craving the stuff). Cut down on things like that instead, but have the occasional treat if you want.

6. Why Avocados? And no, they don't help the body to burn fat at all. Healthy...yes. Within reasons, considering that Avocados are rather high calorie food items. Do they help to burn fat? Certainly not.

7. Yeah, advocating skin cancer. Good job. We're talking about humans here, not cats. We can get our Vitamin D from food, you know? All you get from this is a sunburn, depending on how sensitive to sun you are, of course, but I know plenty of people, including myself, who will be burned after 20 minutes in the sun without sunscreen.

10. Uhmmm...what? Just what?!

11. Actually, it's more like 2 1/2. 1 litre isn't anywhere near enough.

12. Why?

13. You're joking, right??

You might want to get that caps-lock key checked out. There seems to be something wrong with it.

Do you just pick people out and create a stir for absolutely no JUST reason? I'm sorry does the all-caps bother your eyes? Why don't you actually read the message and learn from it. I may be a newcomer but my list of the smartest and the strongest is quite abundant. So how about you ask me a question worth answering from here on in. Thanks.

Ok show me the medical evidence that 30g of protein within 30 minutes of waking up helps weight loss? Are you talking about calculating it into your overall calorie intake or just a blanket statement about metabolism?

See, I understand why San said what he said because it comes off like every other guy who comes posting their knowledge as fact or worse, in a manner that is more like an order than a suggestion. He didn't just pick you out, you picked yourself out by typing in all caps. It's poor forum form. Now, if you could link a medical study or a known medical site that suggests the same info, then might have a discussion :)
