weight conversion

We have had the metric system in Canada since before I was born but when it comes to height and weight most people still use the imperial. I wonder why we never used stones.
 
when you gain, you use kg... when you're dropping weight, lbs sound much better...10 lbs!! vs a measly 4 kg??

currently i'm at an easy to remember international weight... 183 lbs = 83 kg

don't get me started with cm.
inch worms have their own song... centipedes are nasty bugs!
