I do this morning, afternoon, and night, at night I weigh 5 lbs more
Being 160 is annoying. Man I want to lose it all.

And people think weighing yourself every morning is obsessive.:rolleyes: Dont' weigh yourself more than once a day. It's pointless. All you're seeing is the food/drink you're taking in throughout the day, not true weight.

Stick to the morning, first thing. Wear the same thing (or nothing!) and go with that number.
