Moongoddess, I really hope that's a typo, and you didn't gain 18 lbs overnight.:rotflmao:

OOPS! :rotflmao: my number dyslexia was in full effect yesterday I guess! Thankfully I didn't balloon up to 197.2 from 179.2 overnight! eek! That would have killed my mood for the day. At least I lost a pound this morning! Hope its a trend.

Trying this out..again :)

I tried daily weigh-ins for the first week or so of Aug. and got frustrated by the fluctuations but at the same time i also like knowing where I was at everyday. It kinda kept me in check so I'm gonna have another go at it for the rest of the month to see how i do. :)
