June 19 - weighted inw ith clothes on at 217 - so I dunno what is going on there - my weight was through the roof yesturday...all day and never went down and I have been drinking water like a fish and eatign ok...
June 20 - 213.4 - time to smarten up...sodium and eatign out
June 21 - 212.8 - finally going in the right direction - Im telling you seeing 218 on the scale makes me cry and wanna give up...
June 22 - 208.8 !!! Maybe i have finally dropped all that sodium - I feel better now I am at my norm - time to get to Onderland...
June 23 - 209.8 - rice a roni is my guess - ha ha ha - sodium - but oh soo good!!!
June 24 - 210.0...I ate and ate and ate last night for dinner and appies...lots of bread and cheese...

why isn't there a Weigh yourself every WEEK!? cause when i weigh my self every day its hard to see much of a difference for good or bad. but over a week you can see some change. Good OR bad!

anyone else the same way?
 
hey guys,
im on board for the weigh myself everyday method. Ive lost weight before and then i went off my diet for awile and gained a unch back... so im on day 1 of my new diet and i, too, weigh myself everyday... in any case... here i go!

why isn't there a Weigh yourself every WEEK!? cause when i weigh my self every day its hard to see much of a difference for good or bad. but over a week you can see some change. Good OR bad!

I like to weight myself everyday so I can catch it if its going the wrong way... lately I just seem to sit where I am at. There are some challenges that weigh in once a week. Currently I'm a part of the June 2 lbs a week one, which weigns in on Fridays. I'm sure there will be another one coming up for July.

Maybe its time to start a weigh in weekly thread if you think more people would be into it.

6/23 = 283.6 WOW maybe water weight? but YAY!!!!!

A study done at Yale this past year showed that people who weigh themseleves every day have mre successful weight loss experiences and also keep the weight off better. (Im a Princeton Grad myself so of course I dont like Yale all that much, but ill take their word for it on this one :))
