Hey Tom, good to see you in the 250s. Your yardwork sounds like good exercise, maybe the mosquitos take enough blood to reduce your weight a bit, LOL. If nothing else they probably keep you moving. We have mosquitos of course, but not nearly so many as you.

It is good exercise. My older brother is going to be gone the next several days so I'm going to see how much I can get done. It's a lot more peaceful when he is gone.

Ugh. Drank a lot (water) But because I've been under a lot of stress lately and yesterday was a little better, I over ate not on hamburgers, pizza, ice cream or anything like that, just more calories on stuff I planned on eating.

Rob - just calories at this point. can't afford really "healthy" foods. I'm trying for about 1700 calories a day, but had probably 2500 yesterday.
 
Hey Tom, I think 1,700 is a good target. At 2,500 you won't lose weight or gain, not much anyway. Could be worse. When I binge I go well over the 2,500 mark.

Good for you Tom, a new low!

Well I ended April exactly where I began it, at 175, a little disappointing but not all bad. Looking at my month I am happy at the minor fluctuations, when I first lost weight it was not uncommon to see a 10 lb range in a month even with good eating. This month I only ranged from 174 to 177, amazingly stable for me. I think that is a good thing... The best thing is that I had no binges in April, probably my first binge free month in a year or so. Hope I can keep that up. I am going to give my diet and weight more thought and may post more on it tonight.

For dailies, I am going up and down, all around. but I'm still counting my Sunday official weigh ins for the weeks' loss or gain. so for April that I tracked.

04/17 259.8 04/24 257.2 Weekly loss of 2.6 lbs
04/24 257.2 05/01 255.3 Weekly loss of 1.9 lbs

So for the portion of April that I tracked, I saw a low of 255.3 (today) and a high of 261.1 on 4/20, a difference of nearly 6 lbs. Lots of fluctuation lol.
