Hi

I am new here, I am still have not the fit I wish but want to share with you my sucess till now

1.1.2012 - 137 kg
now - 95 kg

I know, nothing impressive for so long period but I didn`t wanted to lose the weight too fast cos have tried this many times before and it`s simply doesn`t work for me.
There was a time last year when I reached 89 kg but in the meantime I forget to keep me regime and my weight increased a bit but hope soon will reach my 85kg or maybe 80 (I am 186 tall so it`s my perfect weight)

Last week I was bemoaning if I'd ever see the 340's again, lol. I'm now in them.

I'm ecstatic to see the 330's on the horizon. Each 10 pound weight range means something to me because I can remember the last time I was in that weight range.
