Very Good! I think it's great progress in very little time! I am trying that too, but i am fluctuating between 135 and 137lbs and i can't go down and stabilize under 135lbs. What's your method? Do you really avoid some kind of food? Do you follow a strict diet? I usually avoid sweets and food with a lot of fat but i don't usually feel hungry? I wonder if that is right and maybe i should feel hungry sometimes in order to get results?:waving:
 
I'd find it impossible to follow a diet! I don't like enough foods haha! Just try not to eat chips and cakes etc., only drink water and try to pick the healthier option of the things I like when eating out. It's the exercise that is working for me I think.
