Today Monday i get 4.5 lbs more than Friday. That happened because i ate without enough restrictions on weekend and i didn't have time to go to the gym. Today i must take care even that means i eat very liitle. I hope that the 4.5 pounds more aren't permanent and get rid of them today and tomorrow.
