i seem to keep going with this thread and have lost alot of weight since it started. loseing 19lbs so far i think i`m doing great and i`m back on it after the busy christmas period. starting weight 16.10lbs.

44inch round hips at 1st stone lost.

Oh wow, I think I may join this club! I set myself a challenge to wait at least a month but I feel now it's never going to happen. So I reckon i'm going to join :)

Have to wait to weigh myself in the morning of course.....

Hey so im just joining this thread im hoping that weighing myself everyday will give me more inspiration and im hoping that once ive lost all my weight it will help me to maintain that weight better

Hey, I have always weighed myself everyday but it's was always on crazy diets, so I lost everyday, or at least didn't show a gain. I can't stop weighing myself because I'm too curious, and the losses throughout the week keep me going...but on a healthy diet I have seen a gain, and today I'm back to 231, but how do you guys deal with the gains? I kind of just reminded myself that I have three more days until the weekend and, in my mind, that means three more days to lose a lb or two.(My goal is 1-2 lbs a week weight loss.)

So...is that basically what you guys do? Also, I'm joining this thread. I weigh myself in the morning before eating, usually after a bit of exercise without drinking any water until I've weighed myself. Unneccesary precautions, just trying to get the smallest number I can muster. x.x
