129.9 I am getting really discouraged here. :(

Don't be discouraged! Just keep working hard and you'll see results, maybe not as quickly as you like though. Everyone loses weight at a different pace.

I know. I've lost a lot already so it is hard being stuck at the same weight for months and months.. I am starting to think I am just not supposed to weigh 120. :S

Aug. 22...195.2 I walked 6 miles and ate a couple hundred less calories. I was at 196.2 for about five days. I sure hope I can lose a lb every 3 or 4 days. Well I went up 1 lb. on Aug. 23...196.2 But I lost 2lbs Aug. 24. 194 I didnt over eat the day before I think I just drank too much coffee that night(3or 4 cups) I love my coffee and it dont keep me up at night. Aug....194.4 still doing well, cut back on the late coffee.
