28/06/08: 69.5kg/153.2lb (Once again scales are now in Swan Hill, but saying that, I missed out on dinner last night due to unforeseen circumstances.... But, it's still pretty awesome to see such a figure!)

04/07/08: 71.8kg/158.3lb (I was getting in the early 68's the last few days, but after putting it on cement (which is more hard surface than lino) I got what I deem a more accurate figure)

Its good to weight everyday which will help you to know your weight is weather increasing or decreasing and after checking your weight everyday u can get an idea what type of diet you should do.
