I swear your post looks just like mine when i STARTED AGAIN ! i had the SIGHS too...you'll do fine!! :) We can do this!!!:hurray::hurray:

:)Thank you - Yes we can...Ive done it manty times before - I just get tired of re-loosing the same weight and yo - yoing ya know...it is called life...LOL...I get pushed off the path temporailly lots...but I always find my way back to it.:)

You are very welcome..I totally understand! back and forth and back and forth...O just wanna go FORTH this time and just do it!!!! But like you ..i always have found my way back LOL...it does get tiring though doesnt it....:grouphug:

Mon 3rd March: 152.5- I have been good so I'm assuming it's muscle gain since I have been hitting the gym hard.
Tue 4th March: 152.5- I'm getting really frustrated now, especially as I have ate so good and worked out hard each day.
Wed 4th March: 152 lbs- Oh boy, trying to keep my cool here!
