Sorry, wasn't on last night. Had family night.
weigh in at 169.5 I'll start the challenge tonight.
Because of the neighborhood that I live in, I don't walk,so, on Friday, I will do cardio again.

I'm off to the gym to get in my hour of cardio!!! Eating wasnt too good today tho so I really need it ;)
 
Okay, I didn't get the hour of cardio today, but I did do 25m of cardio and 30m of weight training.

I started today for the strength training and man can I feel it already. :p

How did everyone else do?
 
Woah, sorry, I'm way behind!

Weigh in was 137.

I got in the hour of cardio today. Now that it's warming up, it's a little easier to get out. Here's to bursting with H2O tomorrow!

I unfortunately did not get my hour of cardio in yesterday. I was pooped from yesterday. :p I actually didn't do anything at all yesterday. Quite disappointed I must say. I miss school! The P.E. part of it anyways. :p
 
I didn't get mine in either!:(
After being in the car for 2 hours going to do taxes after working all day, I got home and my feet and up to my knees were swollen. I tried, but, it just didn't happen. Disappointed with it and disgusted with myself. Will get it done tonight along with the water.
 
I think you can count mine as an hour of cardio. I jogged, walked, and jump roped yesterday afternoon. Today's a new challenge. Good luck everyone! :)
 
Ok guys - SORRY, but I totally bailed on the no-pop thing :eek: I just cant seem to do it. I have managed to really bring my diet coke consumption way down tho. I only had one can yesterday and I'm only going to have the one today too - I will update my water totals later in the evening.

LOL - thanks RNW - I did try. I managed 64 oz of water today (on top of the diet coke) - and im going to try to continue to keep my pop drinking to a minimum so maybe next week i will be able to go a day without any :D

heres to veggies tomorrow!!!

Ok, yesterday I had a cup of coffee in the morning then 64 oz of water the rest of the day. Oh, and a glass of milk. So, could've been better. Eat your veggies everyone!!
