decisionmaker - I finally tried the mushroom/zucchini/egg breakfast yesterday and it was really good! Yummier than yogurt - but yogurt will stay on my menu cos it's just so convenient in the morning. My fave brand is Horizon Organic Fat Free Plain. I find it doesnt 'curdle' and remains creamy. Comforting to hear that it gives you gas too

Glad that I'm not the only one with in law issues!! I'm sure we all have someone in our life that is negative about our diet plan - but we can't let them get to us girls!! My MIL is actually away on holiday now, so I have a nice break from her and the comments.
Anyway, today I decided to do something about my non-stop craving for sugar. Instead of cheating on a kitkat, I decided to make the Melon Sorbet in my Cohens recipe book. I'm waiting for it to freeze right now and am sooo excited to try it! Do you all have the recipe? Let me know if anyone wants it.
Diversions are definitely not worth it. I have noticed that my weight loss has become slightly stagnant. Although I am down to about 65kg, I am not sure if I should have lost more. On Saturday it will be two weeks on Cohens and I think if I had not cheated my weight loss would have been better. Oh well - cant beat myself up now. Just look ahead and have WILL POWERRRRR.
