It is my main form of exercise. I do quite a lot of walking every day and it really does make a difference to the effectiveness of my weightloss project.
As you say - it costs nothing except the price of a good pair of shoes. Unfortunately I keep wearing holes through my shoes! Still if I had paid for gym membership near here for the past 14 months I would have paid a fortune. And if I had then gone on the treadmill I would have worn out the shoes just the same.
