Typhon: The Reinvention

Hopefully my progress will shoot up soon too, I've cut down to 200lbs but I now have way too many veins showing and it freaks me out so I'm going to start eating big again.

I also don't want to have to buy new trousers again as my waist is getting smaller than my belts so I'm starting to look like a rude boy with my jeans round my arse

Squats
5x220
5x308
3x10@ 352

GM’s
3x16@ 99

Single leg leg extensions
3x12 @ 123

Laying leg curls
2x10 @ 123 – felt ham pull in right leg so stopped here

Pretty happy with this, loads left in the tank on squats which is good

I'm giving up the gym at the end of the month to train full time with kegs and sandbags at home so a bit worried about how the leg training is going to go

why are you giving up the gym completely? Backyard training is great, but I think if you want brute strength you're gonna have to lift something really heavy from time to time, and the only convenient way to do that is with a barbell, especially for quads and pecs, tris, etc (IE squats and bench press).

It's just a cost thing, I pay a lot for gym membership and my expenses are sky high. I plan on getting a new membership as soon as I have a loan or two paid off. I also have a wedding to pay for which is screwing me up financially.

I think that I'm getting too lazy and unimaginative in the gym anyway, working outside will make me have to think more about what I do and become a bit more inventive

you are making great progress there man! all around! great military pressing!

i recall you are on the Wendler's 5/3/1 program
but did you buy a book, or is it an online program?

anyway, great work. :D
