Sport Two cans of Tuna a day?

Minus the breeding comments, his posts were good. I find myself saying that alot lately. Tanizaki, if you can provide your usually/sometimes good info without personal insults, things would be a lot smoother. If it comes to banning, one of the mods is gonna get a huge amount of rep points.

I eat two cans of tuna a day. Eat away, gotta love the Omega 3.
 
hmm this got me confused
is there any type of tuna thats safe to eat a can a day (ill prolly end up eating it like 5 times a week) and if so which type?
