These Diets Are Found To Be A Great Waste Of Time By Majority

*Low Carb Diets

*Low Sugar Diets

*Low-Fat Diets

*Starvation Diets

*Hollywood Diets

The problem with these diets are quite simple, they only work for very few people and are actually very unhealthy! Try to stay away from those diets as much as possible, besides there are many great ways of losing weight without relying on those!

Low Carb/Low Sugar/Low Fat diets CAN work just as long as they are not extreme.

People who are carb sensitive can do very well on low carb plans, and EVERYone should be on a low sugar and fat plan.

I only agree with you about starvation diets, others are good if you do right.

all you guys have been brainwashed by the no/low carb diet people. It will work but it is not good for you and in the end it will all come back. Feel free to restrict carbs but don't take it to extremes. Whole grains are your friend :p

Sugar is bad, fat, only certain types.

Eating low/no carb doesn't mean, in all cases, the fat lost while dieting will come back.

I have a very hard time sticking to no carb diets so they don't work for me in that aspect...and my aunt did the atkins diet and when she finally started allowing herself carbs again, even the so called 'better carbs' she gained all her weight back and then some. I would rather have a diet that includes a small amount of the right carbs and lose my weight slower.

Right, no/low carb diets aren't for everyone. For others they're the only way to diet successfully.

But the fact remains that you don't gain your fat back unless you overeat once you come off the diet, low carb or not.

Some programs work better for other people. I had such intense cravings even after the first few weeks of being on low carb and the head aches and body pains were too much, so I decided to switch to portion control and etc.

I've learning a lot from this page..Its a great combinations..keep it up:)
