well, i guess im going to get some protein powder. i told my mom it would probably be cheaper to buy me the powder, instead of having to buy lean meats like tuna, chicken etc every few days. now it will be every week or so i still am gonna gobble down lots of chicken probably even with my powder.
but im looking to make a custom blend, i want creatine in it for sure. i dont know if i should put carbs in it unless its a good idea. pretty much gonna have this for pre and post workout. and ill throw some peanut butter in pre workout shake for some fat. but can anybody help me with the % of how much creatine/carbs/protein (whey isolate) ii should get. any help appreciated. OR are theyre any good powders that come without being custom that have creatine in it already.
whoa, looking at it now, seems expensive, how many lbs you think i would need? is 5lbs of powder alot?
