Top 5 Ways to Gain Fat!

I'm currently doing 4 of the 5 things you should do - scheduling makes the 5 -6 meals a day pretty much an impossibility - How important is that?

Good article--reminds me not to drop my calories too low--sometimes I don't even realize I have eaten less than 1200 calories until I add it up at night--since I eat every two to three hours, I'm good at getting 5 or so meals in, but I don't always pay attention to how many calories are in each mini-meal (hence being too low).

I could certainly add to this list.

Eat 30 Ice Cream Sundaes topped with French Fries and Ketchup. Then you can go to burger king get 9 whoppers. Eat 3 20" steak subs. Top it off with a jar of mayonaise and a 2 liter of high fructose cornsyrup. :)

i dunno - try a tub of KFC with melted peanut butter and ice cream drizzled over the top of it! :D

Personally, I think the article is an insult and full of errors.

1000-1200 calories is NOT starving. Doing aerobics in the fat burning zone does NOT cause you to store fat. And I eat only once a day, during a 4 hour period, so I routinely skip meals, and I am losing weight (fat!), not gaining it.

I think these cutesy articles do dieters and wannabe fit people a great disservice.

I sure wouldn't go to her for any advice on dieting or exercising. Why?

Seriously?

Any ideas on how to do interval training without having to watch the time? I hate that! LOL. Are there any stop watches or anything like that out there with an alarm that will go off every couple of minutes or whatever you set it to? Good post Tony, thanks :D
