Wednesday, March 1st

Snack:
11:00 Am - cinnomon and sugar quaker oatmeal bar. I know I know too much sugar just something quick to jumpstart the motabolism.

Lunch:
12:15 Pm - Small Turkey, cheese, lettuce, mayo sub on honey wheat bread.

Dinner:
6:30 Pm - Whole wheat ziti with healthy choice pasta sauce and veggy meatballs. Dr. Coke.

this friday March 3rd i'm on spring break for 2 weeks yay.
And your right i'm not eating enough. Going to start to change that. But i've been losing weight consistantly. I'm down to 234. Was 263 back in October. And since i've started this diary i've lost 11 pounds. YAY.
What I need is more varity. All I seem to eat is turkey and chicken lol. Too many turkey sandwiches ahh.

Must be nice to have spring break now, and for TWO weeks. Mine doesnt start until the 17th and is only one week. Congrats on your weight loss thus far. Remember that losing weight the wrong way, almost always causes the weight to quickly come back. Eating more is the key to losing more. Your metabolism will stay burning and your body will feel good and have more energy. Put some fish into your diet, fish is KING. Make a salad using tuna or grill up some salmon using lemon juice.
