t'is4me's progress notes

hey t'is, wow, that's awesome. jeans starting to slip off!!!! so cool :D i hope i start seeing progress like that soon. keep it up!!!!! i would love to be able to play tennis as well, you burn so many calories and it's fun!! well, at least it LOOKS like it's fun. hope you have another wonderful day tomorrow.

hey t'is, that's great! i love the feeling of clothes getting too big! keep up the good work! ooh, tennis is so fun, i just wish i was good enough to play competitively! i think my mom's "secret" is really that she doesn't have one. she just eats when she's hungry and doesn't graze or snack, and eats healthy food most of the time, and exercises everyday. i wish it were that simple for all of us  !
ok t'is, have a great day, and i'll check up on you later! bye for now :D !

hey amnd and heidi!! thanks for keeping ya eyes on me!!

today i road 3miles on my new bike. my spouse is getting me going on that. so slow start but great time! after we played tennis for an hour. downside is that by evening i did not do my circuit training! but i still exercised quite a bit!!

exercising has really changed me! i am so energetic and generally happier. i feel so great! my neck is still giving me fits as always but i dont care! i am so used to that part and am just enjoying all this activity!

have a great day ya'll. :D

hey t'is, wow, you are so fully of activities. that's awesome. i wish i had that much energy. oh man, i have been trying to hard to get someone to go bike riding with me. i'd go by myself but it's just not that safe in my neighborhood. keep up the exercising!! you're so inspiring. hope you have another great day tomorrow.

hi ya amnd and heidi! you two checking up on me keeps me motivated to keep it going!

lil quickie so i can get back to cramming before melatonin kicks in and i fall over asleep!

no exercise yesterday...here are my ridiculous but somewhat reasonable excuses...i worked all day and had to study for tomorrow's big bad test! and felt exhausted from stress of it all!

today i crammed like hell! and plucked in...

90 min of tennis.

now i shall get back to cramming! oh, calorie intake was not measured but seems reasonable. i dunno what my weight is but i continue to feel great which says a lot. (but that doesnt help us win! )

hey t'is, good job on getting that workout in with having such a busy day!! and feeling good is what matters.!! you can't do things productively if you feel crappy so keep that up. and keep motivating us to get our butts to the gym! :D

hi all! so sorry for not being here in several days. i hit a low after the exam i had on wednesday.

side note for mental health: i have test anxiety. the night before i was able to teach my spouse and was doing fab on the pretests. i go to the exam and my slate wipes clean. my spouse pointed out numerous that i missed but taught him the night before. anyway, the :C: frustrated me. i know i had it down and should of done better. it put me in such a depression. i "went to hell" for a couple of days. ya know, devoured Olive Garden, that kinda thing. Long story shortened, i am gonna work on the anxiety aspect and channel the energy into something healthier!! sorry for not being a better teammate! :(

So sorry about the test anxiety. I don't suffer from it myself, but as a teacher I always felt so helpless when I would encounter a student that really struggled in this way. I hope you find something to ease your anxiety.
And I'm thankful that you are coming out of the hellish aftermath. Now, that you're back on track posting here you will, hopefully, be back on track with the eating and exercising!
You are worth it!

hey t'is, wow, sorry to hear about the test anxiety. i have alittle bit of that but not to the extent that you do. i have more of a social anxiety which totally sucks!! i'm glad to see you're coming out of it. more power to you!! hope you're able to channel it in a healthier way and learn how to cope with the anxiety when it comes test time.

hey t'is, hope you're feeling better now. i'm sorry to hear about the test anxiety, i know that it's a fairly common thing. all i can suggest is to work at it just like you'd work on your diet or anything else. i know this sounds strange but have you tried doing a vigorous workout before your test? if your body is tired going into the exam you might not physically tense up as much. anyway, it's just a thought. i hope all is well with you and talk to you soon!

hey, where'd you go :( ? i hope you're ok *hugs*.
