Are you kidding me? I post something of good value that can really boost someones workout and allow them to spice things up....You guys come on here and start talking trash..

About me being "an expert" in the field here is what I have done:

I am an ISSA certified personal trainer for about 8 years now.

I put together a boot camp program for people wanting to lose weight and had over 500 members.

I have trained serveral pro athletes

I am an Ex-Pro hockey player

I have owned my own gym

I have also been involved with the special olympics for 3 years.

So, with all you thinking I dont have any experience please stop posting in my threads.

It is impossible to target fat loss, and the title of the post was to grab attention.....it worked....your posting....My goal was to give people a new routine they can try, and doing an exercise like this will help your arms, and help you lose fat overall..

So, if you dont have anything to say to add value to this thread you need to really stop posting.

See, that's not how it works. You don't get to label poor information valuable just b/c you said it.

If you decide to stay and keep posting bullshit, you're going to be called on it. It's quite simple. We don't like people being led astray by piss poor advice. Just b/c you claim to be expert doesn't make your information good at all.

Chris, the stuff you are suggesting would get me kicked out of my gym. The staff would think I was high on crack or something.

I would consult with Chris as he's much more experienced than me.
