time for a change

I hear you. It works for you. If I treid, I'd over do it, or under, go figure. I need it all lined up for me to knock down. The 5x5 I just did was my first ever and it did the trick of getting back some of what I've lost.

This is exactly why you are valuable to the sight there are others that will respond to your style of training, other won’t and will need a strict 5x5. We need you to be here for those odd-ball guys and galls like yourself :D

I’ll not argue with you, though I’m sure you will have opposition to your style. I like the style but don’t think I could do it, again with the over or under training I need to be told what to do 

:p I don't mind. I'm interested anyway as it in a way it does pertain to the topic as it is advice regarding possible new workout ideas.
