hehe but this cereal is good for like a snack thing... I think i was busy when i was eating breakfast so it was easier to just pick on it. :)

Today is going to be a bad day... coz im off drinking with friends in the sunshine. Going to try and stick to the less calorie filled drinks like vodka and diet coke. lol

Ill update this when i get back... or maybe tomorrow morning. hehe

Chicken Tikka Sandwich

Supper:
Bowl of tomato pasta and a thin layer of cheese

Snacks:
2 digestives
2 peices of sugar free gum

Drinks:
1lt of water

Your signature is probably one of my biggest motivation tools. You seem to be doing well. One day every once in a while doesn't matter in the big scheme of things. Hopefully you do well today. Good luck!

Yes I was wondering how those weight watchers meals were as well? I've seen them and have grouped them with lean cuisine meals that I don't really care for. Are they better worse than Lean cuisine?
 
At 350 calories, it most certainly is not the way momma cooked.
