lol...no. I have 3 classes a day. They can range in population from 45 students down to 20 students.
I just threw November out there as a hypothetical breaking point
Ohhhhh...I usually break into fits of crying on the first day when we do a push up test and they can barely lift their over-Playstation played bodies off the ground.
my high school gym teacher was like 350lbs, looked like the stay puft marshmellow man and used to yell at everyone doing the push up test. LMAO!!!
A real fitness role model he was.
I can do my job in half the amount of time as the other ladies in the office b/c they are 30+ yrs older than me and still trying to figure out how to run a computer. So my boss cuts me to 3 days a week w/ the same $/hr. Now my paycheck basically just pays for gas and groceries. Luckilly my husband can make the same amount I make in 2 weeks in 3 days!lol
If you're paid by the hour, then you only get paid for 2 hours if you go home. However you now have a way to get things done quicker, which could mean a bonus from your employer if you work it out to train all the other employees on it.
so you should present your boss with the option of you doing a computer traiing course. this way all the ladies get more done, and that means lowered labor costs for him/her. You also of course get paid.
What you do is pretty simple.
Do your job in 2 hours on a regular basis but don’t tell anyone how you do it so quickly and then get a job offer from somewhere else. Tell your boss you’re leaving. As no one else can do your job in 2 hours he’ll have to give you a big raise in order to keep you.
P.S. Hard working scum like you are the reason unions were invented, stop making everyone else look bad with your ‘work ethic’ and ‘initiative’ and get back to doing the minimum amount required please

Go tour an auto plant in the US one day. I could go on and on about the stuff I've seen.
I love my union. If a kid cries foul cuz they're pissed, I have lawyers at my disposal with no money out of my pocket. Not to mention, they just got the coaches raises.

This is true. I was more thinking along the lines of sexual charges. We had several cases where kids accused male teachers of sexual misconduct. It turned out in the wash that in those particular cases the kids were lying and were just mad at the teacher for failing them. But they dragged those teachers through the mud for months until they finally confessed on the stand.
To my knowledge those guys have never stepped foot in the classroom for fear of something like this happening again.
The teachers union and some others are still very good and powerful unions. However there are other unions that make all unions look bad. With Detroit being the hub of one of those very unions.
Too bad the auto workers wont have any jobs left in the U.S in about 10 years.
