Ok but how do i separate the yolk from the white when im cooking them on the stove not just boiling them?

I can't watch the video, but if you buy a set of measuring cups, look for a set with an egg separator with it. (I know OXO makes them because I have a set with one.) All you have to do is put the separator over a suitably sized glass and break the egg, making sure the yolk (yellow part) goes in the center, and that the white part drips through the openings and into the glass. You may have to adjust the yolk to get all the white into the glass, but it does work. Hope this helps.
