hmm the....yolk !!!! is pretty fatty. Should i eat that or is it recomended i shouldent ?

They're fine to eat but stick to 1 or 2 yolks. If you want to eat more eggs or make an omelette then you can always use 1 yolk and lots of whites.

Now I'm not trying to sound horrible or put you down but things like your spelling, grammer and calling yolks 'yellow stuff' are part of the reason I was telling you to get back into education rather than jumping straight into the fitness profession. There's a lot more to being a PT than knowing how to lift, you need to communicate well too

Why does every one expect me to have perfect spelling as if i am writing an essay or something...i am asking some questions on a fitness site and as long as u guys understand what i mean...i don't see any problem...seriously i don't a give a flying **** if i am a terrible speller or bad at grammar i am not coming on here for everyone to point it out or judge it!!! if i start a thread called How **** is smith machines spelling is seriously by all means give me a rating or say whatever u want...and if u truly don't understand what i am asking/saying don't post with your help

well Smith, it is about maturity, you are young 16.8 yrs old as you say. That is young and inmature, us older folk been down that road and been just as inmature. That is how life works.

Schooling helps you reach that maturity level, how to deal with people on a professional basis.

The Prime minister can act that way, but will it get his message across? not really.

A simple saying we have here, " you get more with honey then vinegar"

Best of luck, but yea Yolk is not good for you, well not to much of it.

I'm sorry you feel like that but I really wasn't trying to have a dig at you, I think you sound like a nice guy who's keen to learn which is great. I just think that you have a lot of ground work to do before you start your fitness qualifications.
Also, if your writing skills suck then you're already a step behind everyone else for every job you apply for in the future; in fact you might not even get to the interview stage so it's important that someone points this out to you now

Sorry for any offence caused

2 eggs isn't enough protein. at best its 12g...you want at least 20-30g of complete protein per meal, or you'll never hit 1g per pound of lean/total mass a day, and your gains will be stunted.

About 4g of that is in the white though isn't it? so 2 boiled eggs could be replaced by an omelette with 2 whole eggs (12g) and 2 whites (8g).
That should be enough in one meal considering the guy weighs 60kg

Haha, come on. I think you knew the "yellow bit" in an egg was called a yolk.

a large egg white has about 3g of protein. a whole egg has 6g, half in the yolk, half in the white.
ALL the fat is in the yolk.

typically my morning eggs are 6 egg whites with 2 yolks thrown in.

I have to admit.. you all were rather rude to smithmachines question. He should know it's called a yolk but he's here for help...not to be ridiculed.

I believe this goes back to elementry school common sense: "Treat others how you would like to be treated." Or... "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all!"

Not trying to be sarcastic here fellows....but seriously! Be nice!
