Ok as suggested from the 200 + club thread -- here's a challenge for us folks to motivate us out of that club.

This will be an 8 week individual challenge - The taxabilty part comes from the end date - it ends the week of April 15 - which in the US is when income taxes are due.

The winner of the challenge will be based on Most Percentage weight Lost. and get bragging rights as their prize.

Weigh ins will be on friday

I would join, but I haven't even met the first goal of 2 lbs from Feb 1. :( ..wow, looking at it this way really sucks. (this is from the February 2lbs/wk challenge)

Just an FYI - your goal can be whatever you want it to be- it doesn't have to be 2 lbs a week - What i've read says a 1 percent body weight loss is a reasonable number...
 
Alright! We got some more people....this will be good...and FUN...don't mind me..I just got done working out so I have loads of serotonin rush right now....but I'm glad that there are people joining!!!!
