today I did my excercise... I was gonna do more but I thought I did enough...
Tae Bo 30 min
Pilates 20 min
Pilates with resistance 28 min

I have to buy more water tonight. I drank the last bottle today...
 
Thanks for rooting us on Kim and Sez, we need all the support we can get!!

I did get in about 30 minutes of walking yesterday, and my food wasn't too bad but could have been better... see my diary.

I got on the scale expecting to have gained... and I had actually lost 2 lbs... go figure.

I was doing great.. now I'm not too sure. I am feeling horrible... sore throat, coughing sneezing, achy..... urrrggghhhh ..... I havent been able to excercise in a few days.... Michelle.... I'm melting...... I'll still try though... I'll still drink H2O and watch cals as I can.... I'm sorry if I let you down, I really feel like crap.... but who knows what the scale will say right?

Your not letting me down, don't even say that, your not feeling well! I have no excuse my food was horrid yesterday (see diary)! I only hope I haven't gained!!!!!!!! YIKES I'm afraid.

My weigh in today was 126 lbs... so 1 lb loss.
