Hey Sisters!!!!! Hope you are all doing well and having a good morning. We're already two days into the second week of our challenge. The last couple days haven't been great for me because I've had visitors in from another office. But today I'm getting back on schedule. I've got two days of fruits, veggies and lean protein with loads of water planned to get back on track. I am down a little bit from Monday's weigh in but I need the next five days to be extra great so that I can end this challenge with a bang for my sisters!!!

Hi all,

Yes, I did stay out of the fridge. I don't know whats wrong with me though. Today I really want sweets. I had a multi grain frozen waffle with some sugar free Mrs. Butterworths for dessert. I hope that does it as I am at 1690 so far on calories. I'm off to try my Belly Dancing exercise DVD now. I'll be back later to tell you all about it. I feel like a I need a little (or in my case big) outfit to wear while I am doing it ;) What do you wear when you do your's Mal?

I wear my pareo - which is a sarong type thingie that ties around my bathingsuit (when i'm brave enought o go out in public in a swimsuit) and a tshirt... nothin' fancy - though - i m ight need bells or somehting :)
 
Yes, we definately need bells!!!

I like the DVD. I had to slow it down a few times to figure out what the heck they were doing with their feet, but it was very good cardio and I can feel it in my abs already. I'll probably be sore tomorrow.

The two weeks did go by really fast, didn't they, Lily?

Good morning y'all!!!! Hope everyone is going to have a stupendous Friday. One more weekend to go. I'm planning two net 1100 calorie days over the weekend. Today I go to the office and won't be able to do the treadmill so it will be closer to 1300 calories. But I'm hoping these three days will be the extra push I need to give a good showing Monday morning. Can't let my sisters down. You will be all I think about for the next three days.

Then Monday afternoon I will be eating a whole pecan pie. JUST KIDDING!!!!!!!!!

Well, Monday afternoon would be the day to do it, before the next challenge starts. (Hint, hint.) ;) Lol!
