Evening Ladies,

so I'm really pooped on this end. Will be enjoying a nice, homemade meal with my husband in a few minutes. I've been pushing myself a bit harder this week, because I'm trying to burn 7000 cals by Sunday. (7000 cals burned in a week, M-Sun) That's the only reason why my points are high. haha Today I gained 943 points. WOOT!

Boam- Good job on the 827!

Mal- "the need for greed" comment made me laugh out loud.. too cute! I don't have a doubt it my mind, you're going to get that bronze! Yippy!

AmyRB- Welcome to the group and most of all, have fun! The President Challenge is a definite motivator to working out!

LOL... well I was born in 1985 but you were close:)

My last metal was from the shotput in december of 2002 from the night I horrible hurt my arm... Its a bittersweet Metal
 
ok so i joined up to this. after a bit of confusion signing up as im not american. cue fake post code and im in :)

so i signed up for the easy first one, the get active one. becuase im not active every day of the week and i weont be able to do so much when i am in london. but ths is good motivation. its also gonna screw up cos when i go back to london i dont have internet. so can only update every few weeks unless we get a landline fitted.

Yippy... finished working out for the day. It was a lovely low 70s today. Beats 90s that's for damn sure. haha! Earned 928 points after doing vigorous weight training and vigorous kickboxing. Now I'm off to Walmart to buy veggies and fruits! WOOT! Wishing all of you ladies a great day!

I only had an hour and a half at the gym today because I had to meet with my professor. In that hour and a half I earned 806 points!!!

I really pushed myself today, since my weekend's going to be spent with the in laws and I'm not sure if I can fit in much time to workout. So today I earned 1059 points with jogging, kickboxing, and wrestling/ grappling. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend! I'll be back Sunday to post.

So yah... this weekend was too crazy and I couldn't find any time to workout. (Luckily I busted ass during the week, right? haha!) Well, nothing to report today, but I'll be back on track starting tomorrow. (Yeah, Christmas Clothes Challenge and President's Challenge!!!) hahaaaa!

Sheryl: Was the weekend at least a good and crazy weekend?

I busted ass at the gym today to make up for yesterday... I felt guilty about not doing much at the gym even though I got sick.

Today I did 3.5 Miles on the Treadmill on the hills setting in 20 minutes and then did 70 minutes of weight training (abs, legs, and arms) ... I felt soo good after

914 points today.

So the night is finally coming to an end.. yah. hahaa I earned 928 points. I'm trying to make up for not being able to work out this past weekend. Eeek!

Jenna- OoOOh you did awesome today!! Good job! I also noticed you've dropped to 260! YAH Jenna!!!!! :D As for the weekend, I got to see my favorite band (TOOL) play again! WOOHOO! Still trying to recover. Have a great day tomorrow!

I was soo excited for the 260 when I got on the scale... next weigh in on the 30th... I'm hoping for another 4-5 pounds by then

Jenna- You're doing so well. Sheesh.. you're going to fade away to nothingness in a few months, little lady. hahaa! Great job on the 892 today!

As for myself, I'm really getting stoked about the other challenge we're a part of: The Christmas Clothes Challenge. As a result, I'm going to start pushing myself a bit more and am hoping to fit my arse into my black fitted BCBG wrap dress for Christmas. I've had the bugger for years, but I'm getting tired of having to wear control top pantyhose, a jock strap, and hockey pads just to make it look decent. hahaaa! (Only kidding there... haha) I earned 1059 points today! WOOT!

Sheryl what type of workout do you do! You're the one whose gonna fade away 1,000 plus points a day LOL... that's crazy good:jump:

I bought a pair of size 14 jeans as a goal for sometime... i don't think its gonna happen by christmas but I can DREAM!
 
A size 14 jeans, huh? Hell, it honestly would NOT surprise me if you got into them by Christmas. It seems you're in a "Git R Done Mode." hahaaaa! God... gotta love competitions. :D

As for myself, I do a lot of kickboxing/ martial arts/ sparring, jogging, weight training (3xs a week), brisk walking and Turbo Jam. haha I try to mix my workouts so that I don't get too bored with it. I have YET to join the Planet Fitness in my area. My husband would like to have us both join, so that sounds like fun. At first I was hesitant, because I'm not a big fan of having someone watch my butt jiggle while I'm working out. hahaaaaa! Hmmmm.... maybe I'll have to bring the control top pantyhose, jock strap and hockey pads along. HA! Well, I'm off to workout! Post you later, doll!

I love the you are only this far away... also... it makes me laugh everyday when I see it:)

Sheryl: I used to feel awkward at the gym.... but I eventually got over it... I'm not going to let anyone prevent me from getting to my goals:)

Today was only a meager 73 points... but its better than the big fat ZERO I thought I was going to get... I only did a walk around the block (about a mile) because I had to spend my gym time this morning finishing an assignment.

Keep up the great work Ladies!
 
Hi Ladies,

hope all is well. Today I earned 783 points. I'm a bit too tired to go for a jog/ brisk walk around the neighborhood. haha I'll try to make up for it tomorrow.
