Nah, don't let it fool you. I'm up a pound from yesterday. My weight jumps around a lot from day to day. Crazy work schedule, and all.

I didn't realize there was a thread for us :)

I remember my weight being 215.8lbs on 4/28 (last Tuesday) and then yesterday 5/6 it was down to 210.7lbs!!!! I tend to weigh in on Tuesdays because that is the day I see my trainer. Hopefully I will have another great loss to report for next week. Getting to 210 is a great accomplishment for me, and my trainer was pretty happy too.

Hope everyone has some great losses on the scale this week!

Way to go, Sammy! I see those skinny jeans coming your way soon. I was up another pound today. I know it's just ghost weight. I guess that's why it's smart to weigh once a week.
 
Hi! I'd like to join--I can't post my weight every week but I can post the start weight and the end weight.

I'll post my end weight around June 2nd since that's the only time I'll be close to a scale in the next month!

Coffeebro, I know. I should've been going all along. I'm going to talk to my boss today about coming in an hour early a couple days a week and leaving an hour early so that I can get back to the gym, work out and then back home by my usual time (6:00-6:15) to let the dog out and take him for a walk. We'll see how that goes. Even one day a week and one on weekends is better than nothing, but I'm going to see if I can swing two weekdays and one on the weekend. Crossing fingers.

And you can do it, Omega. Those last couple days look anomalous. I'm pretty sure you'll see a correction in the next day or so.

I forget what my weigh-in this morning was now, but so far I'm down. However, I have a helluva weekend ahead of me... so we'll see how Monday am goes.

If all goes to form I will spend the next 10 days trying to get back to Tuesday's low. I get severely bad water retention that stuffs up the scales.

I am controlled with my food and walk between 9 and 12 miles a day and get the joy of watching myself gain and sit up from my low weight. I tell you - I will just make everyone look good!

I cannot do more exercise (forbidden after abdominal surgery 3 weeks ago from bending, lifting, stretching or doing anything energetic). That was an example - spend 3 days in hospital on no food, put on 8.5 pounds due to water retention from saline drips!
