Have finally gotten round to weighing myself, this month has been hectic and I've been really stressed out so kept avoiding it. Was shocked and delighted to be down 2.5lbs! Hopefully I'll be down another lb or two for next week. Have adjusted the dates to give myself the full week.

Tillylicious, thats an amazing weight loss in just a week, well done!
 
Adjusted to when I weigh in, and most accurate weight is in kilograms (pounds are rounded to two decimal places).

30 April: 70kg (154.32lb)
7 May: 69.5kg (153.22lb) - 0.5kg
14 May: 69kg (152.12lb) - 0.5kg
21 May: 67kg (147.71lb) -2.0kg :svengo:
28 May: 67kg unchanged :cry:

Goal: 60kg (132.28lb)

Total May loss: 3kg (6.61lb)


(I'll point out my goal is my overall goal, not my May goal- I'm sort of going along, making good choices, and seeing what happens, rather than trying to force myself into a mould.

May 21:189.0 / 15.7% BF - haven't been to the gym much, but am happy with how I look in the mirror.
May 30:190.0 / 14.7% BF - Not thrilled with the weight, but BF dropping is the main goal. Also I've been stressed over interview/new job/moving house etc so maybe it's unrealistic to expect to drop pounds. Overall, a positive month.

Not bad. Slow and steady wins the race, I guess.
Also, my leg was in some pain this month, so exercise was pretty much out.
