Really need this at the moment, my weight loss has been so slow recently (started at 236lbs), simply because i've been lazy. Hopefully this challenge will keep me motivated!

Goal: 185
Trying to eat 2500cals/day and working out 4-5 times/week when off work. Aiming for 150-200g protein/day and my goal is to lower my bodyfat, not specifically a weight target. 10-12% BF ultimately is my target.
Ok i keep not achieving my targets and i know wieght loss this month is going to be near on impossible due to everything going on so i am going to lower my target!
